At Homewatch CareGivers, all of our home care employees are bonded and insured. Homewatch CareGivers does three levels of pre-employment checks: character, care expertise, and criminal background investigations on every potential employee. In short, we use the very highest standards when screening and selecting employees.
All caregivers are Homewatch employees. We are responsible for administering the caregiver wages, all appropriate payroll taxes, and worker's compensation insurance. Consequently, our clients are free of these worries, responsibilities, and liabilities.

In addition, we mandate on-going regular training classes to ensure that our caregivers are always building upon their knowledge and skills. All CareGiver employees are carefully supervised, display the appropriate decorum and comply to our strict Code of Ethics.
With our Perfect CareGiver Matching™, caregivers are carefully and thoughtfully matched to clients to optimize the quality of care. Our caregivers may be Certified Nurse Assistants, Personal Care Providers, Home Health Aids, or Homemakers, depending on the needs of the client. Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Professional Nurses (LPN), and Care Managers are available for supervision and special client needs.
